The 2022 CMA Awards Pre-Event Style Show

Here are our top jewelry picks for country music’s red carpet roundup.

The 56th annual CMA Awards will be held live tonight in Nashville, Tennessee — the mecca of country music. For the second year in a row, American Idol judge and CMA Award-winning artist Luke Bryan will be hosting the ceremony. In a surprise twist, Luke’s good friend, Peyton Manning, will join him as co-host at the Bridgestone Arena.

Tonight’s CMA Awards show promises to be a good one with live performances from Reba McEntire, Carly Pearce, Morgan Wallen, Cole Swindell, Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert, among others, plus a special, all-star lineup for the Loretta Lynn opening tribute. We can’t wait to see what our favorite icons will be wearing on the red carpet during country music’s biggest night of the year.

In the meantime, we’ve picked five of the brightest stars for Stuller’s fine jewelry team to style ahead of the show. Our talented team has chosen pieces they envision their celeb wearing based on their looks from previous years or song lyrics. If we were to style them for the night, these are the fine jewelry pieces we think they’d love! All of these celebs are either performing or were nominated for CMA awards.

#1 Luke Bryan

Luke Bryan isn't usually one to make a bold move with jewelry, so we're keeping it simple with a classic men's look — an effortless yet statement cross pendant and curb chain, paired with a rounded box chain bracelet to complete his ensemble.

#2 Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift is the QUEEN of dropping hidden messages in her lyrics. I picked jewelry for her with this in mind. I chose the snake earrings as snakes were a huge symbolic element for her “Reputation” album. I chose the red heart ring, of course, in honor of her album “Red,” which continues to have references in her music ten years later. And finally, I chose the diamond line necklace in honor of her most recent music video and song from her new album, “Bejeweled.” It's only fitting that Taylor Swift, as a master storyteller, would wear three pieces together that all connect and have special meaning to herself and her fans!

#3 Carrie Underwood

As the resident All-American Girl, Carrie Underwood is sure to always hit the carpet in an elegant manner. After last year’s bold silver metallic look, Carrie may want to incorporate a bit more yellow gold into her look this year with classics such as halo-style diamond studs and a natural diamond line bracelet, paired with a modern, yet essential natural diamond beaded anniversary band to complete the look.

#4 Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert doesn’t shy away from big and bold style, which is why I chose these lab-grown diamond graduated drop earrings for a dramatic effect. And the diamond curb bracelet and multi-shape ring add that edge that she is often associated with and pulls off so well.

#5 Kelly Clarkson

Kelly is famous for the belt accessory, but here are a few pieces I definitely think she’d choose for the red carpet. Diamonds and hearts — what’s not to love about the oh so adorable twist of our inside-outside hoops that have a heart silhouette? For a moment like this, Kelly’s warm personality would shine in the citrine line bracelet which features claw prongs. Lastly, this elongated signet ring features engraved celestial elements that match Kelly’s boho, free spirit. This signet is large enough to be spotted on the red carpet.
