Dazzling Trends from the 2022 Emmys

The red carpet did not disappoint — discover our favorite looks from television’s biggest night.

Glitz, glam, and Kenan Thompson — the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards went out with a bang showcasing stars that made history on-screen, giving us emotional speeches (it will be hard to top Sheryl Lee Ralph’s tune of gratitude), and fashion statements we’ve been waiting for.

From delicate, classic pieces to incredible, jaw-dropping adornments, we cover a few of our favorites from the night that, truthfully, deserved a win in a category of their own.

Ladies and gentlemen… Zendaya.

First up, a favorite among our teams here at Stuller — Zendaya. A two-time winner for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama, it was no surprise to see the Euphoria star catching every eye on the red carpet with her graceful entrance. Combining Hollywood glam with a bit of new-wave elegance, her encrusted statement pieces paired perfectly over her classic, black Valentino gown. As they say, Zendaya understood the assignment.

Replicate the star’s dazzling trio and channel effortless luxury with lab-grown jewelry pieces sure to make perfect, show-stopping accessories: 688930:LG601:P, 688878:LG601:P, and 688921:LG601:P.

Kerry Washington

Presenter and nominee at this year’s show, Kerry Washington brought couture to a new level with her stunning gown choice and not-so-messy topknot. Tying in her look with delicate studs and a gorgeous line necklace, our team loves the balance of posh and princess.

Get the look with two-stone studs like 653705:LG107:P, or a graduated necklace like 653717:LG101:P.

Lizzo

The fashion icon stepped up to the plate, as usual (does anyone remember the tiny purse movement? Iconic). Accepting her first-ever Emmy award of her career, Lizzo’s emotional speech had us teary-eyed. The female artist, known for her confidence-boosting anthems reminded the audience of how television can show inclusivity and individuality in a beautiful way.

In true Lizzo fashion, she brought main-character energy with her gorgeous red gown in dreamy fabric. Find your inner queen with a pair of lab-grown diamond front-back earrings like 688818:LG601:P, or front-facing hoop earrings like 87224:109:P with interesting shapes for a contemporary twist.

Pretty in Pink with Kaley Cuoco

Kaley Cuoco had us absolutely falling head over heels with her fairytale, “punk rock ballerina” dress. Brightly-colored tulle florals adorned the entirety of her high-low, putting us in a cotton-candy trance, and her matching accented additions gave us the performance we had all been waiting for.

Explore the enchantment of colorful gemstone jewelry with a statement ring like 72157:104:P, or create a matching set of accented, bubblegum-pink pieces showcasing Pink Tourmaline like 87232:1006:P and 87218:129:P.

An Eye on Men's Jewelry

The night might have brought stunning looks from our actresses, but our experts spotted a recurring theme that caught our eye — men’s jewelry! From Andrew Garfield’s take on a simple, pinky signet ring, to Zedd’s scintillating, accented brooch, we saw men’s jewelry take new heights at this year’s Emmys.

Brooches, rings, and classic chains were everywhere, and we think these pieces are great staples for any wearer. Check out our picks to get Andrew’s look: 51424:1001:P, 9873:101:P, and 9842:102:P are perfect signet ring options. Looking to match Zedd’s stunning brooch? Try our match with 83384:100001:P, and round out the look with a Cuban link chain like CH1088:10004:P for the maximum cool factor.

Congratulations to all who attended, all who acquired nominations, and all who won at this year’s 74th Primetime Emmy Awards. We hope readers are inspired by last night’s star-studded event as much as we were!
