Prime manufacturer outlines views on environmental issues

Lafayette, LA (01 May 2014) – Symbolizing its ongoing environmental consciousness in all areas of operations, Stuller is pleased to announce the go live of its sustainability position on

The information gives the prime manufacturer’s views on a variety of topics ranging from water, waste and energy management to the responsible sourcing of precious metals, diamonds and gemstones.

“We have always been committed to conducting all phases of our operations in the most ethically, environmentally and socially responsible manner possible,” says Stuller President Danny Clark. “As a member of the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality Leadership Program, we were proud to accept the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP) Award in the Large Business Pollution Prevention category both this year and last.”

Most recently, all of the manufacturer’s in-house produced gold and silver has been recognized for 100% recycled content by the Scientific Certification Systems’ (SCS). The SCS is a global leader in verification of environmental and sustainability claims with internationally recognized standards.
