I can hardly believe we’re at the end of January. We just wrapped 2014, and we already have a month completed in 2015! At Stuller, we love the speed and the natural energy boost the start of the new year gives everyone. The myriad of opportunities we have to serve you better motivates us to deliver even higher levels of service and quality.
Like all companies, we start the year with a plan of how we think we can serve you best. Our team works hard to execute that plan, but we’re not tied to it. We like to focus on the outcome. In other words, if the plan is not delivering what our customers need, throw it away and start over!
That requires us to always be listening. We absolutely crave your feedback and pay close attention when you have something to say. The marketplace stretches us all in new and unpredictable ways. And we want to be flexible and fast enough to respond as needed.
Our challenges and yours are one and the same. Today, customers have more choices than ever. In fact, every American with a smartphone is carrying the world’s largest mall in their pocket. And yet, nothing can replace the tangible experience of trying on a product and discussing options with an expert in the field.
Yes, we’ll have to work differently and bend in ways we have not thought of in the past. Our plans, our designs, our marketing, our manufacturing, and our merchandising must enhance the experience you have with Stuller and your customers.
