Discover a faster, more streamlined checkout experience on Stuller.com.

At Stuller, we’re continually investing in improvements that help make your day-to-day operations easier. This month, we’re introducing updates to the checkout experience on Stuller.com.

While checkout will still feel familiar, significant enhancements have been made behind the scenes to improve speed, performance, and usability. The result is a more efficient ordering experience with a modernized design and several customer-focused improvements along the way. Here’s what’s new.

Faster Checkout, Familiar Workflow

The checkout process you know and trust isn’t changing dramatically — and that’s intentional. Because checkout is one of the most important areas of Stuller.com, we focused on improving the experience without disrupting the workflow customers rely on every day.

Behind the scenes, checkout has been rebuilt with updated infrastructure and code that improves performance and efficiency. In addition to these technical enhancements, we’ve modernized the design and refined functionality to create a smoother experience from cart to confirmation.

Simplified Shipping Options

While many of the checkout enhancements improve performance behind the scenes, you’ll also notice several updates throughout the ordering process. The Shipping Address step has been refined to make common shipping tasks easier to navigate, with clearer terminology, better organization, and improved visibility into your shipping options. See the image below.

Customer/Other Location

Previously known as Drop-Shipping, this option has been renamed to Customer/Other Location to better reflect its purpose and make the selection process more intuitive. Customers shipping directly to a client or alternate destination will also find clearer options for including or removing pricing information from the shipment. See the image below in the following section.

Pack & Ship Options Remain Available

Customers using Pack & Ship services can continue selecting their preferred packaging options, including having orders packed in their signature jewelry box style. See the image below.

Better Visibility for Multi-Shipment Orders

Managing orders with multiple shipments is now easier thanks to a redesigned shipment display. The new condensed layout makes it simple to see how many shipments are included in an order at a glance. When additional details are needed, each shipment can be expanded to view the items assigned to it. This improvement helps reduce visual clutter while making shipment organization easier to understand. See the image below.

A More Streamlined Checkout Flow

To create a more intuitive ordering experience, the Payment Method step now appears immediately before the final Place Order step.

This adjustment helps simplify the checkout process and allows customers to review order details before completing their purchase. See the image below.

See Your Stuller First® Savings in Real Time

For Stuller First members, shipping discounts are now more visible throughout the checkout process. Members will see discounted shipping rates reflected directly within their shipping options, making it easier to understand the value of their membership while placing an order.

The Estimated Total summary now displays the total Stuller First savings applied to the order, providing greater transparency before checkout is complete. When your order is confirmed, you can view your Stuller First lifetime savings amount. See the image below.
