CAD/CAM Stone and Merchandise Submission
We’ve standardized the gemstone and merchandise submission process for CAD/CAM projects, so you’ll have a consistent experience each time. We’ve streamlined the process to gather all the important information about your precious stone or merchandise ahead of time.
Log into your Stuller account, go to Stuller.com/CadCamServices/Sketch and follow the steps. Enter the approximate cost of the items submitted for CAD/CAM projects and indicate if you’ll be sending in a certificate for each item.
Once submitted, we provide shipping labels, insurance, and a tracking number for you to monitor your CAD/CAM project every step of the way. When you purchase shipping through us — you’ll have peace of mind — knowing that your valuable stones and merchandise are protected with insurance. We will then get your customization project started quickly.
Custom Stone Size
Have a stone that doesn’t fit standard mounting sizes? Our new custom center stone size options, available on select flexible 3C solitaire mountings, will let you change the center to your specific dimensions. Simply set the dimensions you need directly on the product page, add to cart, and check out.
We can make the mounting fit to whatever size stone you have in mind. Get the perfect fit for your stones now without requesting further customization. This saves you valuable time, and your customer can receive their finished piece sooner. Log into your Stuller account and see an example of item #122004.
Compatible With
Our new “compatible with” feature provides a better shopping experience when purchasing equipment. You’ll see which components are compatible with the machine you are shopping. When shopping for replacement parts, you’ll see their relationship to the machine.
If you’re looking at a big piece of equipment, we show you the items it is commonly used with and vice versa. It’s a reciprocal relationship, making it easier for you to find exactly what you need. See examples for items #14-0135 and #14-0130.
