Luxecor™ by Stuller designed to combat high metal market pricing
Lafayette, LA (8 July 2008) – Stuller is launching a new wedding band designed to allow retailers to sell at accessible and profitable price points.
The DTC Sightholder’s Luxecor wedding bands are 25 percent lighter than regular wedding bands while maintaining superior strength with a classic look.
“Using patent-pending technology, we have found a way for retailers to overcome high metal market pricing,” says Matt Stuller, CEO and founder of Stuller. “Our goal was to develop a product that helps retailers sell wedding bands for a profit during challenging times. Luxecor is a ‘lighter band with the same great look at the right price.’ ”
Each Luxecor wedding band, which is manufactured in Stuller’s Chattanooga, TN facility, comes with a lifetime warranty. According to JP Walrond, Stuller’s vice president of bridal jewelry, this added element of security, along with accessible price points, have led to “brisk sales since its introduction the JCK Las Vegas Show in June.”
“We wanted to provide an accessibly priced band without sacrificing quality,” Walrond says. “And our technology has allowed us to do so within our just in time overnight delivery system. The warranty has also been an appreciated ‘value added’ feature of the line.”
