2022 has been another extraordinary year, in both the jewelry industry and here at Stuller. Our company was built on the idea of providing exceptional service to our customers, not simply getting the job done. We are so grateful to you for the support we have received throughout the year and over the decades.
It is our only desire to be ready to serve you and your customers this holiday season at the standards you have come to expect from Stuller. In our daily efforts to make you the hero this holiday season, we have worked with our teams to create a plan for success.
Please keep in mind:
- We are fully stocked and ready to deliver your product selections on time.
- By adding staffing earlier in the year and extensively training our teams, we are confident and ready to take your orders.
- Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central. For 24/7 service, you can always use Stuller.com.
- In addition, our Live Chat feature has grown throughout the year. Chat with us Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Central.
- We have extended our holiday operational hours to include Saturdays, beginning November 26th and following through December 17th, 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Central.
There is much to anticipate over the next several weeks: family and dear friends, kitchens filled with mouthwatering dishes, new memories to be made, and the sparkle of fine jewelry across homes in America that will last lifetimes.
